1、岗位职责：教学科研工作；

2、应聘条件:在国内外著名大学获得金融学、会计学、经济学、统计学、市场营销、组织管理、战略管理、管理科学等学科博士学位者，以及国际高端人才。能出色胜任以上相关学科本科基础课程、硕/博研究生课程和MBA课程的教学工作。具有杰出的科研能力。

二、研究技术系列

1、岗位职责：

a.承担具有开创性的科学研究，重点研究中国国民经济、社会发展和改革开放中的全局性、战略性、前瞻性的问题和热点、难点问题;

b.积极申请课题立项,主持或参与国家发展战略和宏观政策教程研究;

c.推动政策和商业前沿实践研究,转化学术研究成果为具有社会影响力的政策报告;

2、应聘条件:

在国内外著名大学获得金融学、会计学、经济学、统计学、市场营销、组织管理、战略管理、管理科学等学科博士学位者，具有杰出的科研能力和丰富的研究成果;具有上述专业领域工作经验者优先考虑。

Guanghua School of Management now invites applications for positions at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level across all economics, business, and management-related academic fields.

Applicants are expected to hold a PhD degree from an accredited institution and demonstrate evidence of being an effective educator. We invite applicants with PhDs in Economics or Business (all fields) and other related fields such as Statistics, Psychology and Sociology.
